We work either time and materials or on a monthly flat rate from around 95 EUR per user. The exact figure depends on your infrastructure and the response time you expect. The intro call is free.

Focused on the Rhine-Main region (Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Neu-Isenburg) and Tyrol. Remote support across DACH. We bundle on-site visits.

FAQ.03Which vendors do you support?

Microsoft 365, UniFi, Proxmox, Veeam, Hetzner, Stalwart, Anthropic, OpenAI und viele weitere. Hersteller-neutral beraten, mit klarer Empfehlung. Komplette Liste unter /partner.

FAQ.04How fast do you respond to an incident?

For managed clients typically within 2 hours during business hours. With an SLA, 24/7 response is available.

FAQ.05Machen Sie auch NIS2- und DSGVO-Beratung?

Ja. Wir begleiten Mittelstand durch NIS2-Vorbereitung, erstellen TOMs und setzen Monitoring-Konzepte um. Nicht juristisch - technisch.

FAQ.06Do you support Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Ja - inklusive Vorbereitung der SharePoint-Struktur, Pilot-Rollout, Schulung und laufender Betreuung.

FAQ.07Sind Sie an einen Hersteller gebunden?

No. We are vendor-neutral. We recommend what suits your size, sector and compliance needs - not what carries the highest margin.

FAQ.08Can we book just a single project?

Yes. You do not need a maintenance contract. One-off projects (migration, audit, setup) are explicitly welcome.
