No. We are vendor-neutral and recommend what suits your size, sector and compliance needs - not what carries the highest margin.
FAQ.02Do we get vendor licences through you or directly?
Either works. We can procure, or you buy directly - we document properly in both cases so you stay independent.
FAQ.03Was, wenn unser bestehender Vendor nicht in der Liste ist?
We check honestly. If we have no experience, we say so - and bring in a specialist if needed, without you needing two contracts.
FAQ.04Sind die Open-Source-Tools wirklich kostenlos?
The software itself, yes. What costs money is hosting, maintenance and our time for setup and operations. Itemised transparently.
FAQ.05Which hosts do you use for client hosting?
Mostly Hetzner (Germany) for GDPR-compliant setups. Cloudflare for CDN and security. Microsoft 365 where Office integration is needed.
FAQ.06Can you work without an open-source stack?
Yes - if you want a pure Microsoft stack, for example, we will do that. We recommend mixed setups because they are usually cheaper and more resilient.
