Why Rhine-Main is our densest market
Our registered office is in Neu-Isenburg, just south of Frankfurt. The region is economically dense - banking, insurance, pharma, logistics, technology mid-market, plenty of smaller agencies and service providers. Most of our clients sit within a 60-minute drive of our office.
That has practical consequences for how we work together:
On-site visits are realistic. For larger installations, annual reviews, pre-engagement walkthroughs or workshops, we can come on site more easily and cheaply than in other regions.
Bundled visits. We often plan hardware replacements or on-site appointments so that we visit several clients in one day - which lowers the cost for everyone involved.
Regional partners. We have solid contacts with electricians, network cabling firms, site coordinators and specialist providers in the region. For new builds or refurbishments we can coordinate the work without you having to research anyone.

Our on-site model in Rhine-Main
Most IT firms bill travel time and mileage separately - often with surcharges that exceed the actual hourly rate. We do it differently:
- Within Rhine-Main (50 km radius of Neu-Isenburg): no travel fee for existing clients
- For new clients: the first introductory meeting is always free, on site too
- Outside the region: bundled visit days or a fixed price per visit
- Emergency callout in Rhine-Main: no surcharge, including evenings and weekends, where an SLA is in place

Finance and insurance. We are not a corporate IT provider - Deutsche Bank will not be hiring us. But for family offices, smaller asset managers, insurance brokers and financial service providers with 10 to 80 staff we have packages that fit. We are familiar with BaFin principles, work to documented processes and keep things properly auditable.
Pharma and chemicals. The Rhine-Main triangle has a strong pharmaceutical presence. We support suppliers, smaller research service providers and consultancies there - not the large manufacturers themselves.
Logistics. Frankfurt Airport and the Rhine-Main logistics cluster bring a lot of mid-sized freight forwarding and customs businesses with them. We work with clients in that space on EDI integrations, warehouse management IT and mobile driver device management.

FAQ.01Will you come on site at short notice in the Rhine-Main region?
Yes, that is realistic here. We are based in Neu-Isenburg and reach most Rhine-Main addresses in under 60 minutes. For existing clients we do short-notice visits; for new clients we usually plan an intro call over Teams first and an on-site visit as the second step.
FAQ.02How do you bill travel time?
Within the Rhine-Main region - defined as a 50 km radius around Neu-Isenburg - we charge no travel fee. Outside that we agree a fixed price per visit or bundle several clients into one trip.

Rhine-Main is banking and insurance country with a lot of mid-market business. We mainly work here for mid-sized companies, law firms, agencies, medical practices and service providers with between 10 and 200 staff. Subsidiaries of larger groups come up; group-wide IT is not our size segment.
FAQ.04We are in Frankfurt and already have IT. What is your argument?
Usually none - if your existing IT runs smoothly, is documented and you are happy with it, stay put. We become relevant when you feel documentation gaps, when your provider stops scaling, when response times get worse, or when larger projects are coming. The intro call is free, and if we are not a fit we will say so.
FAQ.05How do you respond to a genuine emergency in the region?
Our standard SLA for clients on a flat-rate contract is a two-hour remote response. If on-site work is needed in the Rhine-Main region, we usually make it the same day. Total-outage scenarios have their own escalation path.
