FAQ.01Do you work with smaller associations too?
Yes. We have flat entry packages for associations from 100 EUR a month, depending on requirements. One-off project work without an ongoing retainer is also possible - many associations only need help at the start.
FAQ.02Which membership system do you recommend?
It depends on size. For small associations an Excel or Airtable solution is often enough. For mid-sized ones we recommend SEWOBE, easyVerein or Campai. For larger organisations (500+ members), specialised software with subscription handling and SEPA mandate management.
FAQ.03Is an association allowed to use the cloud?
Yes, configured in line with the GDPR. Microsoft 365 for Nonprofits (heavily discounted) or Google Workspace for Nonprofits are typical choices. For sensitive areas such as youth work or counselling, we build on-prem or Nextcloud alternatives.
FAQ.04We have no IT budget. Are there discounts?
Yes. We have a non-profit discount for registered associations and charities. Microsoft and Google also offer very cheap non-profit plans. We advise on the best combination for you.
FAQ.05What if our volunteer admin steps down?
That is exactly why we document everything. When your admin leaves, you have all the credentials, instructions and emergency procedures documented in one place. And if you need us, we take over.
FAQ.06Can you support hybrid general meetings?
Yes. We help with conferencing equipment, streaming setups, online voting (which has to be legally valid) and handling the recordings.
