The southern German context
Munich and Stuttgart are expensive markets. Local IT providers often bill hourly rates that mirror local rent levels. For mid-sized clients who do not want to fund premium surcharges out of their IT budget, we are an alternative - at the same or better technical quality.
The south has its specifics though: automotive suppliers, mechanical engineering, medical technology, traditional mid-market companies with SAP landscapes that grew over decades. We work around those landscapes - infrastructure, security, collaboration, modernisation - and leave SAP Basis work to specialist partners.

Microsoft 365 migration. Many southern German mid-market companies still run on-prem Exchange that needs maintaining. We migrate cleanly, plan the SharePoint architecture and set identity up properly.
NIS2 preparation. Particularly for industrial suppliers with links to critical infrastructure (automotive OEMs as customers, public sector clients), NIS2 is a live topic. We support risk analysis, documenting measures and implementation.
Cloud consolidation. Landscapes that grew organically often run Azure plus AWS plus on-prem in parallel. We analyse, reduce and consolidate, with cost control as the primary goal.
AI adoption. Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Mistral in your own RAG pipelines. We do the preparation properly, which is not something every local provider offers.

We reach southern Germany from Neu-Isenburg in three to four hours by train. On-site visits are bundled - one Munich day can cover three clients.

FAQ.01Why not use a local provider from Munich?
You can, and it is often the right choice - if you genuinely need somebody on site every day. For much of today's IT work, though, being on site is not the deciding factor. We are often 20 to 30 percent cheaper than established Munich providers for the same service.
FAQ.02Do you understand the SAP and mechanical engineering world?
We run the IT infrastructure around SAP - network, endpoints, cloud, security. SAP Basis work and ABAP development we do not do. There are specialist partners for that, and we can work alongside them.

Usually quarterly for existing clients, depending on the project situation. No blanket monthly appointments - we plan on-site visits when they have a concrete purpose.
FAQ.04What does support cost for a southern German mid-market company?
Comparable to other regions - we do not price by local cost-of-living index. That makes us attractive in Munich and Stuttgart, where local providers often work with regional wage surcharges.

Yes. Nuremberg, Erlangen, Würzburg, Regensburg - all reachable. The density of local IT providers in Franconia is lower than in Munich, and we have clients there regularly.
FAQ.06Can you handle production IT and Industry 4.0?
The sensor side and production control are built by specialist systems integrators. We take on what happens at server, network and application level - collecting data from OT into IT, dashboards, alerting, ERP integration. We work well at the OT/IT boundary and leave the pure OT world to others.
