Our Austria model
Tyrol is the focus. For clients in Innsbruck, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Kitzbühel and the surrounding area we are there in person regularly. For all other Austrian locations we work mostly remotely.
Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg. Reachable remotely, with scheduled on-site visits where needed. We work with local partner electricians and service technicians when physical work is required.

Invoicing and billing
For Austrian business clients with a VAT ID we work with the reverse charge procedure - no VAT on the invoice, with the corresponding note. For private clients and small businesses we adapt the invoicing accordingly. Invoices are issued in German.

FAQ.01You are based in Germany. Does German or Austrian law apply?
Our company is registered in Germany (Neu-Isenburg, commercial register Offenbach). For our clients in Austria, Austrian law applies - we adapt data processing agreements, data protection configuration and invoicing accordingly. Invoices can run with or without reverse charge, depending on your VAT ID status.
FAQ.02Do you know RKSV and the Austrian cash register obligation?
Yes. We deploy POS systems in Austria regularly - Badgertap, Lightspeed, local providers. RKSV compliance, FinanzOnline integration and receipt obligations are familiar territory.
FAQ.03Do you work with ELGA for Austrian medical practices?
We build the IT environment around it - the ELGA connection itself comes through your regional ELGA provider. Our part is network, workstation IT, backup and security. That works reliably in cooperation with the Austrian specialist providers.
FAQ.04What presence do you have in Austria?
Regular presence in Tyrol. Vienna, Graz, Linz and Salzburg we reach by arrangement. We are not an Austrian-registered provider, and we are transparent about that. If you specifically want an exclusively Austrian provider, we are not the right choice.
FAQ.05What about Austrian cyber security regulation (the NIS2 implementation)?
As an EU directive, NIS2 is implemented in Austria too. We support Austrian clients with risk analysis, documenting technical and organisational measures, and implementation - the same approach as in Germany, allowing for the Austrian specifics.
