FAQ.01Will we lose old emails?
No. We migrate the full history including folder structure, calendars, contacts and shared mailboxes. Anything that cannot be migrated is named in advance, not discovered afterwards.
FAQ.02How much downtime is there?
Usually none noticeable. We migrate in batches over a weekend and run a final pass for stragglers. Mail keeps flowing throughout.
FAQ.03What about distribution lists and aliases?
They are part of the assessment before we start. Distribution groups, aliases, shared mailboxes and calendar permissions all get inventoried and rebuilt on the target side.
